Standard Avatar Terms of Service:

1. Redistribution Prohibited: You are strictly prohibited from redistributing any of my avatar packages in any format, whether modified or unmodified.
2. Private Use Only: Avatars purchased from my store are intended for personal use only. You are not permitted to make any of the avatars public or share them with others without explicit consent.
3. No Unauthorized Uploads: You may not upload any of the avatars to other users' accounts or platforms without obtaining prior permission. Permission must include the VRC username and Discord information of the account owner.
4. Ownership Rights: You acknowledge that all avatars remain the intellectual property of the creator (me) and you are expressly forbidden from claiming them as your own creation.
5. No Asset Reuse: Under no circumstances are you allowed to take or reuse any parts, assets, textures, or components from my avatars for your own projects, whether personal or commercial.
6. Price Splitting Prohibited: It is strictly prohibited to split the cost of my avatar packages among multiple users or parties. Each user must purchase their own copy.
7. No Refunds: All purchases from my store are final and non-refundable. Please ensure that you carefully review the product details before making a purchase.
8. Usage Permissions: While you are not permitted to redistribute or claim ownership of the avatars, you are allowed to use them for streaming, videos, not great content, and other purposes, provided that proper credit is given. Please include my Discord handle and store link in the description or credits.
9. Legal Compliance: By purchasing any of my models or assets, you agree to abide by the terms outlined above. Failure to comply may result in legal action under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or other applicable laws.
10. Modification Rights: You have the freedom to edit or modify the avatars to suit your preferences. However, you do not have permission to reuse any parts or assets from my avatars in any other context or project.
11. Responsibility for Usage: You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from the use or distribution of the avatars purchased from my store. I (the creator) hold no liability for any misuse or unauthorized actions taken by users.
12. Termination of License: I reserve the right to revoke or terminate the license granted to you for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms of service or misuse of the avatars.
